My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Linda and Doedi to sell our property. We were extremely pleased with the experience. Throughout the entire process Linda and Doedi were very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met.

The very best attribute of Linda and Doedi is their honesty. They do a lot of research before they give timely advice. I was always in the captain's seat, which they reminded me of a couple times throughout the entire process. I also appreciated the fact that they do not advise a price depending on potential buyers. Our property was priced reasonably for the area. I did not have to decide what it was worth with every bid. Both of these ladies have a huge heart to help yet do not interfere or get pushy. They are continually researching for sources to help with every aspect of selling property with references for cleaning, estate sale, property inspectors, even movers. Linda and Doedi make a fantastic team because what one doesn’t do exceptionally, the other does. Both are very good at communication, with excellent people skills, tons of resources in the area, and promptly answer questions and providing resources. One or the other was with me through each step even the estate sale. I appreciated the recommendation to have a pre-inspection. That way I wasn’t caught by surprise when the buyer’s inspection turned up a few concerns. They delivered keys, double checked cleaning, went to the estate sale a couple times, and met the inspectors. I didn’t have to be there. Which brings me back to my first statement, they are honest and above board with excellent people and communication skills.

I've known Linda Osborn for quite some time [so] when I got ready to buy a house I came over to talk to her… I knew absolutely nothing about what I was doing, what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it …and I laid it on her shoulders and she said “I’ll take care if it” and, I have to tell you, she did a fantastic job. Within a couple of weeks we purchase the home that I wanted ….she took everyday and went out with me and looked. I mean everyday. She coordinated all the stuff ….If you  want a Realtor that will work for YOU and get you what YOU want and listen to what you are asking instead of suggesting or trying to sell you something that you don’t want …this is the gal to go to.

She allowed my wife and I to be in control of our search for our forever home. We never felt pressured to make any decisions. When we were ready, she was there.
