My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Linda and Doedi to sell our property. We were extremely pleased with the experience. Throughout the entire process Linda and Doedi were very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. 

One aspect that stood out to us was their honesty and integrity. Never at any time did we feel that we were not being heard or respected and if there were any concerns they patiently explained the processes with us which made us feel well informed and supported throughout the process. The very best attribute of Linda and Doedi is their honesty. They do a lot of research before they give timely advice. I was always in the captain's seat, which they reminded me of a couple times throughout the entire process. I also appreciated the fact that they do not advise a price depending on potential buyers. Our property was priced reasonably for the area. I did not have to decide what it was worth with every bid. Both of these ladies have a huge heart to help yet do not interfere or get pushy. They are continually researching for sources to help with every aspect of selling property with references for cleaning, estate sale, property inspectors, even movers. Linda and Doedi make a fantastic team because what one doesn’t do exceptionally, the other does. Both are very good at communication, with excellent people skills, tons of resources in the area, and promptly answer questions and providing resources. One or the other was with me through each step even the estate sale. I appreciated the recommendation to have a pre-inspection. That way I wasn’t caught by surprise when the buyer’s inspection turned up a few concerns. They delivered keys, double checked cleaning, went to the estate sale a couple times, and met the inspectors. I didn’t have to be there. Which brings me back to my first statement, they are honest and above board with excellent people and communication skills.

I've known Linda Osborn for quite some time [so] when I got ready to buy a house I came over to talk to her… I knew absolutely nothing about what I was doing, what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it …and I laid it on her shoulders and she said “I’ll take care if it” and, I have to tell you, she did a fantastic job. Within a couple of weeks we purchase the home that I wanted ….she took everyday and went out with me and looked. I mean everyday. She coordinated all the stuff ….If you  want a Realtor that will work for YOU and get you what YOU want and listen to what you are asking instead of suggesting or trying to sell you something that you don’t want …this is the gal to go to.

Linda Osborn is very knowledgeable, professional, resourceful, & respectful. Linda and her husband even drove to our apartment in order for us to fill out paperwork to get the process of searching for our home started. They came to our apartment a second time to drive us to view potential homes in several towns around Austin (50 mi radius). Never had that happen before. She allowed my wife and I to be in control of our search for our forever home. We never felt pressured to make any decisions. When we were ready, she was there. Linda Osborn is the reason I was able to buy a little gem of a condo in Austin. She quickly understood my needs and provided several options in quiet neighborhoods. Living out of state, her assistance was invaluable because of builder and zoning delays. She kept track of the building progress. She coordinated the final inspection and closing with my son acting as my representative. I highly recommend Linda for her knowledge of the area and for her attention to detail.

Unforgettable.

I can say without question that Linda is the hardest working Realtor in Austin. I was in a jam. Divorce. I have an 85lb dog that needed a big yard. My credit wasn't clean. My salary put severe restrictions on what I could afford. I was lined up to close on the sale of my home in less than a week and had 2 weeks to be fully moved out. I was unable to apply for a rental until the sale of my home funded. The housing market was at a 97% occupancy rate. 

After viewing approx. 10 properties, we found 5 that were acceptable. Each one fell apart- owner changed their mind about the dog requirement, or the property went Pending due to another applicant. Then we did it again, again, the same problem. Knowing my timeline was short, Linda began meeting me at properties very early mornings and late evenings. She was calling on multiple properties, working hard to get each of my applications submitted. One finally stuck and I was able to sign my lease and move in on my last day. It was only through the hard work and diligence of Linda that I didn't find myself homeless. She has creative tools to help negotiate someone into a lease. She went far above and beyond what I would normally expect from a Realtor. Highly recommended!
